How do I restore my Premium purchase?
Open Settings → Premium → Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. Your entitlement is tied to your Apple ID, so it restores on any device you own — no login or receipt needed.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Go to Settings → Premium → Manage subscription, or open the App Store, tap your photo, then Subscriptions. Cancelling takes one tap and there are no retention screens. You keep everything you've already logged. See the subscription terms for details.
I got a new iPhone — how do I move my data?
If you use iCloud sync (Premium), install SoberDeck on the new phone, sign in to the same iCloud account, and enable sync — your deck appears on reopen. If you restored your new phone from an encrypted iPhone backup, your on-device data comes along automatically. Without sync or a backup, logs stay on the original device, so set one of those up before switching.
My reminders aren't showing up.
First check iOS Settings → Notifications → SoberDeck and make sure notifications (and Lock Screen / banners) are allowed. Then confirm your reminder toggles and times in SoberDeck → Settings → Reminders. If permission was previously denied, iOS won't re-prompt — you'll need to enable it from iOS Settings. The app works fully even with reminders off.
How do I export my data?
With Premium, open Settings → Export to generate a CSV of all your logs or a PDF summary report, then share it anywhere via the system share sheet. Your notes are included in both.
How do I erase everything?
Settings → Erase all data permanently deletes your logs from the device after a confirmation. This cannot be undone, so export first if you want a copy. Read how your data is handled in the Privacy Policy.
Does SoberDeck work without internet?
Yes — completely. Logging, streaks, insights, milestones, the journal, and the support resources all work offline. If you use iCloud sync, changes simply queue and sync the next time you're online.
How do I request a feature or report a bug?
Email support@soberdeck.app — we genuinely read every note and a lot of the roadmap comes from them. For bugs, a quick description plus your iPhone model, iOS version, and app version goes a long way.
